got a rear bumper from andreews for my husbands truck and not only did they give me the wrong bumper they gave me a bunper that from the front looked great when they showed me there was just a tiny bit of rust from the view they showed me but the back of it was completely rusted thru! i called and asked if they would take it back and return my money and the guy was extremely rude to me over the phone about it and when i got there he gave me my money back in cash. only to find out he charged me more on my card than he told me... read more
Ordered a dash piece off Ebay from Dana at Andrew's for my 1998 Ford F150. This was an extremely tough part to find because of the color, four wheel drive, and air bag key. Not only did Dana work hard to find the item, he shipped it to me quickly and packed it solidly so the item arrived in tact. I will purchase again from them and would encourage anyone to do the same.

Paid $1200 for an engine swap on my grand prix, and they gave me an engine with a blown main seal. How do you give somone an engine with a blown MAIN SEAL? Their response was, "Seals aren't covered under the 30 day warranty, but we will work this out with you." So i give him, Todd the Owner, my number and a week later still havent heard from him.
