As a single woman, I am leary if mechanics. I just moved to the area and need a good mechanic for my Lexus. Andrews was reasonably priced and so nice! They gave me a ride to and from my home and went out of their way to make me feel heard. They have earned my continued business. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Professional, Friendly, efficient, honest
Had my tire go flat fast and they ordered a new tire, installed it and got me back on the road. All in one day. Great service and kindness!
I was in the Lancaster area for an event and my car started making some terrible sounds. Andrews Auto was willing to fit me in last minute. The staff are great! Brian helped me both at the beginning of the conversation, and explained what needed to be done at the end. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and they were kind enough to not charge me for their time! I think this is an excellent business (and very clean!), especially considering the superior level of customer service. Highly, highly recommended!!
