Truly one the worst experiences I have ever had. Went to see Dr. Smock for reoccurring UTIs. He proceeded to tell me I was making up that I had UTIs and I never actually had any. I explained to him I had multiple in the last year and he kept telling me that I did not. During my whole visit, I felt like i was being bullied. He was rude, kept interrupting me, did not listen to my concerns and then said I made up having UTIs. I left the visit calling my husband crying. Dr. Smock has been my urologist for years . He is very kind and cares about his patients, always educating me and addressing any concerns I may have. Thank you, Dr. Smock, and your team for all you do for myself and all your patients ..
I have been seeing Dr. Smock for 4 years now and he has been a great doctor. He knows what he's doing and is very educated. I highly recommend him.
