Not sure if previous patients are rating the correct doctor but I find Dr. Yanofsky to be very well-versed in his field and carries a very delicate hand at treating patients. While I'm not one that needs to be coddled when I see certain professionals, he surprises me, each time I visit, how on top of my care he is, making certain that I am comfortable and abreast of my medical results. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! I AM APPAULED AT HOW RUDE THIS SUPPOSEDLY PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR WAS TO ME. I HAVE SOMETHING GOING ON UNDERNEATH THE SKIN ON MY EARLOBE AND THIS RUDE PERSON WHO I WON'T REFER TO AS A DOCTOR ACTUALLY COPPED AN ADDITUDE WITH ME BECAUSE I WASN'T BUYING HIS BOGUS THEORY ON WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY PROBLEM. HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO LEARN "BEDSIDE MANNERS"!!!!
As a result of a surgery for esophageal cancer I have recurrent pneumonia. Rather than spend a day in the E.R.every time I become ill my primary care doc encouraged me to see Dr. Yanofsky for antibiotic infusions. I found Dr Yanofsky to be kind, gentle and very through in his care. If he feels I require hospitalization he speaks his mind in spite of the fact that he knows I’m not going to like it. My son also saw him for Lymes disease. Like me he liked him
He's really sweet -we liked him!
I came in through an Emergent Care referral with chronic Lyme disease presenting with many symptoms of active infection. Including a swollen knee that was obviously lyme arthritis. I saw Dr Yanofsky twice and getting no treatment from him except a reassurance that I should see a neurologist. I disagreed with him because he was ultimately responsible for managing my infection and I felt I was just being handed off to another dr.
