I had countertops installed recently and could not be more pleased!!! They look fantastic!! My son, a contractor, recommended Andrew. I did shop around a bit and I have to say that I initially went to his competition where I was pretty much ignored. When someone finally noticed me I felt like they weren't even listening to me. I was told if I wanted granite, I "could look around outside." I went outside and didn't even know where to start. I was so unhappy with the customer service, I just left. We renovated a weekend house in the Berkshires including a new kitchen. They did a good job fabricating the cabinets and installing them and countertops. They told us if we wanted cabinet hardware it was an extra $150. We thought that was weird after spending $25,000 that wasn’t included and decided we would do it ourselves. EDIT: ***Andrew sued me for $8,000 because of my 2 star review (below), saying he’d drop the suit if I gave him 5 stars so I’m changing my rating from 2 stars to 1*** I wish I could give more stars since Juliana and Andrew were very pleasant to talk with and got the job done quickly, but unfortunately the installation and fabrication work was not well done.
