I've had several visits to Dr. Cross' office as well as surgery on my hand. I've always been treated extremely well by Dr. Cross and his staff. They are all very friendly and take care of my hands carefully with my arthritis problems. With my surgery by Dr. Cross, all expectations were made very clear to me as to recovery. There were no surprises as to the time or the care I had to take during the recovery process.
