Completely disregarded customer request, has not contacted me on the process in weeks. Apparently my own smile “looked good enough” to them. Not to me! I am highly disappointed with the whole process. Would not recommend this facility. Do not recommend.
Dr. Andy is simply the best orthodontist ever. I moved here wearing braces from an orthodontic treatment I started in Brazil, and I was really worried I would not find a Doctor that would keep my progress here in Ohio. Doctor Andy was highly recommended to me by my boss, who has her entire family under his care.
