Exceptional experience! Dr. O'Shaughnessy is one of the very best physicians and the team there is amazing!!
Received some bad news, my kidneys aren't getting better and will need to start dialysis and get on the transplant list. Dialysis has ALWAYS freaked me out thinking of needles in my neck. Doc talked with me for over an hour, went over step by step what to expect and what all needs done and explained different options for dialysis. After leaving the appointment I was not as scared or horrified when I went in.
The nicest ; most knowledgeable and efficient doctor i have ever had !!
