Andy listens and understands needs and reasons for visits. Only issues are calling in always getting put on hold for awhile and have to call Goshen to get information on results or if a bill is due. Would like paper results and statement mailed to pay bills.
Everyone is genuinely friendly, answer questions and I don’t feel like I’m being rushed.
