My wife took my four year son here for issues concerning his ears, he was waiting to have his procedure done which also took two hours after the appointment time was set. My son started crying because he was afraid not being used to be in a environment like this let alone having to wait so long, all the staff was rude including one of the nurses making the comment of my son is autistic just because he was crying. I wish I could leave 0 stars this place is a joke.
I wish I could give Dr. Vaughn 10 stars. I see all my other Doctors at one clinic and they are wonderful! However when I needed an ENT in an emergency situation he was hands down the best. I saw Dr. Strunk in his office on a Wednesday and had surgery the very next day. I was very anxious (my nose was really messed up); Dr. Vaughn is so down to earth and really cares, he updated my husband throughly after surgery. I know that God sent me to his office.
