First rate customer service as well as technical support staff. Dr. Shuma is a world class physician who also is an effective communicator and a gentleman.
The worst. Never made it past the front desk. Nobody answers the phone, you have to leave a message. They call you back up to 24 hours later. Not a good way to do business.
Always patient and professional. Willing to explain and keep at it
Dr. Chuma must be very bored as an ENT. His only joke is, "You have more hair in your ear than on your head." This was grating the first time I heard it but it is now a regular feature of our visit. Dr. Chuma needs more hobbies. And if he wants to try stand-up as a midlife career change, he should actually investigate it. There is nothing worse than feeling like you're trapped in a job you hate.
