This is a very efficient office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Her doctor is very knowledgeable, patient, and explains things very well. I was very pleased with my experience
Had the big 50 year old check. I had a lot of referrals from friends of who NOT to go to. I found all the chain clinics to require a referral from primary doc. This is a useless step as, of course, they are going to refer me at my age and then I have to pay for an office visit. I stumbled on Dr. Tobkes office and he allowed me to just send over my recent medical records in lieu of a required visit. The doctor listens to you and actually takes notes. He does not appear rushed and explains things clearly. He lets you ask questions. Highly recommend.
Really got to know me and my background and issues. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Scheduled an appointment within a week of calling, didn't have to wait in waiting room more than 10 minutes. Doctor spent quite a bit of time with me going over my problems on initial visit, and even more time on the colonoscopy follow-up visit, going over results and diagnosis.
Dr. Tobkes is kind and welcoming. His demeanor is warm and patient, and he takes his time talking with you. I never felt rushed, or that he was uninterested in hearing what I had to say, even when not directly on topic. After a year since my complaint Dr. Andrew Tobkes still has no manner (demeanour), no apology and no medical dignity to explain why (without one word and behind my back) he did stop his medical practice to me,, certainly I will not recommend Dr. Tobkes to anyone.. G.J.P. - March 1, 2025
Great office. The doctor was not in a rush. Very efficient. Colonoscopy exam was easier than I thought. Highly recommend
Went in for colonoscopy. Doctor removed a large polyp from my intestine. I was nervous about the result but, the doc was very calming and did a great job for me. Thankfully the polyp was benign. Would recommend him highly
Great experience for my first colonoscpy. I was a little nervous, but the doctor and his staff did great job and I got a good result.
