Mr. Shilling was very helpful! He explained the process regarding transferring a home to my name after my father passed. I thought I was going to have to jump through a bunch of hoops dealing with Dare County Court. He found that is was already recorded in my name and I did not need to do anything further. He was very kind and did not take advantage of the situation. Some lawyers would have taken my money for no reason. Thank you Mr. Shilling for being so honest with me.
