Andrew is very knowledgeable. I used to file returns with him for last 13 yrs. In last few years, his quality has gone down. He is always multitasking while working with you. It resulted in he making mistakes and IRS inquiry for me. I knew I owned nothing and it just needed clarification. When I tried to reach out to him, he never responded, forcing me to hire another CPA to respond to IRS. The bottom line is that Andrew is not there when you really need him.
