Called to make a new patient apt I got transferred from receptionist to receptionist and no appointment made. Not professional and very rude
First time visiting with Dr. Teffeau . Great Doctor, great bedside manner. Not rushed, he actually listens and actually looked over my bloodwork and papers before being seen. My husband was seen as well , he is our new family doctor. We are very happy and it was easy to schedule an appointment with the girls and they are super nice and know what they are doing. Breath of fresh air from the other place I was with across the street. Bonus: My husband says he’s an Eagles fan 🦅😂
Dr. Teffeau is a rockstar! He really listens and is down to earth. He explains things in ways (that seemingly most doctors forget how to) meaning he explains to a patient who isn't also on a doctors knowledge level so that the patient at least has an actual understanding of what's going on. After several visits to come up with a base line average experience level for visiting his practice, I can absolutely confirm that every experience everyone in my household has had at his office has been fabulous!
