I am very disappointed with our Healthcare system and with this office. My husband is very very sick with symptoms presenting as MS/NMO but seronegative in the blood but his current doctors dont know what is going on with him and we are about to travel out of state for medical care to mayo clinic and vanderbilt. We've been told that my husband possibly has some kind of autonomic dysfunction or autoimmune neurological disease but he's been undiagnosed for almost a year. I found Dr Tarr using Google, and his education background sold me. Then I met him— he’s one of the most chill Drs I’ve been to, and takes his time in appts, answers questions, and explains everything in ways we can understand. His nurse Cameron is also great- made me feel like part of her family from day one. At my last appt, she remembered non-medical things we had discussed, which is amazing. Highly recommend.
At today’s appointment with Dr. Andrew M. Tarr, I truly felt heard and never rushed. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say. While I know my situation isn’t typical, he didn’t dismiss my concerns but made me feel reassured that he would do his best to assist, even if everything doesn’t come back as expected.
