Previously working with him was great. This year has been absolutely miserable. I sent both personal and business tax documents to him in March (24th to be exact). He has still not filed either. I have called, texted, emailed, and chatted through his portal with no response. It takes him two weeks to get back to you to let you know if he needs more information from you. I asked him the night before the tax deadline if he had gotten mine done yet, and he told me he still had 75 peoples taxes left to do... so that should tell ... read more
