☆☆☆ Horrible Customer Service This office has horrible customer service. They rescheduled my appointment twice, which I was understanding about, but when I called, Emily (the manager per herself) answered with attitude and was extremely unprofessional. I was literally in the elevator right outside their door when I said my appointment was for 1:45. She replied, “Ok, and it’s 1:47,” with a rude tone. I have been using this practice for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
It would be lovely if you hired people to pick up your calls who actually cared about their jobs. I called last week because I’m crippled and have minimal mobility. I needed a referral faxed, to see an ortho. Was I promised it would be faxed last week? Yes. Did I call today before my appointment to my ortho to learn, nothing was faxed? Yes. This is a terrible office with highly incompetent staff!! I need to have a minor procedure done which involves a medical clearance which I sent to the office days ago. The office calls me back today (2 business days before my scheduled procedure) to tell me I need to come in or they won’t sign off on my papers. I took my dad here for an issue he was having. If I could get my money back for my insurance, I would. Please save your time and money and don’t see this doctor. He didn’t care at all. I have already made another appointment to see another specialist. Will never go back there. When at the visit, he seemed upset at us for not being able to explain what was wrong with my dad. Will not be coming back here ever again.
