I really like the staff and professionalism. The waiting area is too small at times and can be uncomfortable when too many people are in such a small area.
Very knowledgeable and was seen quickly regarding my concerns.
Generally dismissive. Didn't take concerns particularly seriously. Will use a different OSU urgent care location in the future.
