Absolute worst dentist I've ever seen in my life. There is no runner up. Three words: Botched root canal. And that's not even half the story.
I called with a dental emergency. A man (I’m guessing their answering service) said they had a 9am appointment & they would call back immediately. No one called me back. I called at 10am & they said they couldn’t see me until the next day. I explained my emergency and had a very important work event that evening (with clients, coworkers, marketing, etc) and my front tooth was broken. I called another dentist referred by family. Best Dentist EVER with an awesome staff! 7/28- been calling for an appointment and keep being told someone would call me back. Dr. Cupp has his own scheduling team. As a regular patient I would’ve thought someone would’ve called and scheduled me an appointment. #NOPE
