I had my endoscopy here and beginning with the information packet given ahead of time to the follow up phone call the day after, this is the BEST group of people. Dr. Matthews is so kind and he has surrounded himself with an amazing team that all made me feel so safe and taken care of. I’m actually no longer nervous about colonoscopies or endoscopies!! Thank you ALL!
Dr. Williams is an excellent provider as is his team! Unfortunately he is now retired. Beware of hidden costs at this facility. Although I vetted my health insurance and the office vetted me and reviewed that actual costs related to a routine, over 60 years of age, colonoscopy, it was ascertained that my insurance covered this procedure. I was charged over 8000$ for a facility use fee!!! what is this.... 3 years later I am still on a payment plan. Needless to say I am not having a colonoscopy again, despite the health risk..... read more
I had a colonoscopy and everyone was so nice and helpful. I was extremely nervous (my first time) Amy my nurse talked to me and calmed my nerves. The check in was quick and the wait was little to none! You can tell they care about their patients.
I highly recommend this place. I received excellent care. The Dr and support staff made an unpleasant procedure as painless as possible in every way. I felt very safe in their hands♥️
I had a great experience here! All the nurses were nice and thorough, the nurse anesthetist was super great, and Dr. Ramgopal was so great and explanatory and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
