Highly Recommend Dr. Andrew Stiles! I have terrible anxiety when going to the dentist (don't most of us?) But Dr. Andrew Stiles made me feel extremely comfortable. He was very nice, caring and answer any questions you may have. I've had a huge fear of getting teeth pulled so I asked to be put under an anesthesia, all previous Dr.'s I have spoken to in the past about this would try to talk me into getting the "gas" or "numbing agent". Staff is very rude and disorganized, hopefully the dentist isn’t the same way
The customer service at this dentist's office is extremely unprofessional and argumentative. When I called, the staff was confrontational, and even the office manager displayed the same behavior. They sent an unstable form to the wrong number, couldn’t verify my benefits, and were completely disorganized. I chose not to schedule an appointment because of the unnecessary back-and-forth. Hopefully, the dentist doesn’t operate the same way.
I cannot recommend Dr. Andrew Stiles highly enough as an oral surgeon. I was initially very nervous and apprehensive about my wisdom tooth extraction, but the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the entire team—from the front office to the clinical staff—made me feel comfortable and reassured. 100% recommend. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Had to get get my wisdom teeth pulled and through the entire process the staff up front, in the back and Dr. Stiles were all very helpful. They talked talked me through each step of the process from prep to surgery to aftercare in full detail so that all my questions were answered. Cannot reccomend them enough.
