We had a great experience with Green Heat. Andrew serviced our NTI boiler and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through how the system works in detail. He also suggested a few practical upgrades to help improve comfort and energy efficiency, without being pushy. It’s clear he cares about doing quality work and helping customers make informed decisions. We’ll definitely be calling Green Heat again for future service. Highly recommend!
Initial service call was great. The technician (Justin) was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took time to explain what was likely going on with our heater (we had some water leakage). Green Heat was able to get NTI (manufacturer of our heater) to cover an expensive ($1000+) heat exchanger under warranty, even though when I reached out to NTI they told me if we weren't the original owners of the heater then the warranty was void.
