Good collection but shoelace came off 3 days later

At all costs, avoid this horrible experience. Andrew Stevens Collection, Inc. was a very disappointing experience for me. Their prices are exorbitantly high considering the subpar quality they provide. The items I got felt flimsy and ill-made; they were far from the quality promised. Even worse, they provided terrible customer service, with slow responses, a nasty tone, and no accountability.
