Terrible experience all the way around. I showed up to my appointment 23 mins. early and waited 2 hours PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME! When I asked the lady behind the glass for an explanation, she was clueless and did not know how to respond. I asked if the doctor was even in and she replied yes. Finally after getting called, I was put in a room to wait for the doctor and waited 21 mins.
