I had an injury that required evaluation at the EmergeOrtho Smithfield urgent care. I was seen quickly and evaluated by Andrew. He provided me with helpful information, including reviewing my x-rays with me. He also arranged an appointment for me to be evaluated for possible surgery. I would highly recommend Andrew and the Smithfield location. There was no significant wait. I was quickly evaluated and was completed with my entire visit in under an hour.
I like him. He doesn't dismiss my aches and pains. Reasonable expectations for me as a patient. On time.
Andrew McKnight has such a caring attitude,his bedside matter is top notch. He is willing to take time to listen to you as a patient. Gentle and takes time to explain.
