My appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM, but I was not seen by the provider until 2:35 PM. When finally called into back, I was brought into a room that had the door wide open. I noticed my chart visible on the screen, accessible to anyone passing by. At no point was my name or date of birth verified, and I was not informed that the provider was running behind. After roomed, I spent 35 minutes waiting for the provider.
