I had an outstanding experience at Andrew Simms KIA Botany! Thanks to the fantastic help and customer service from Harsheel Maharaj, the whole process was smooth. The communication was also very good as Harsheel would keep me updated during the process. I'm truly thankful for the experience and loving every moment with my new Seltos!
Wanted a new Kia and worked with Paul from Kia to make it happen! He was amazing and helped us understand what exactly we were purchasing 😂 the little bibs and bobs in cars that we normally don't use. Had a TERRIBLE customer service experience at KIA. My Mum got a new KIA Seltos. She had a tyre blow up and had it changed by AA. She could not figure out how to reset the error as there was no options on the system and also manual. We called several times and no one helped. In the end they offered to charge $290 plus GST to just have a look at the error. The car comes with 5 year warranty and yet no one on phone or in person could help my elderly mum to reset the tyre pressure. And yes we tried google youtube and manual. The... read more
