Good luck trying to get through to the sales counter by phone. Doesnt matter what time of day it is Ive never gotten through. Id assume they would find a way to have someone amongst their staff answer calls for the sales counter. They do call back if you leave your contact information but several hours later. The counters are either always under staffed or their staff drags their feet and you find your self waiting longer than you would at any other major plumbing wholesalers. Horrendous service. I came in looking for a part to replace, and when I asked staff for help to find it they are so unprofessional and condescending. It should be a simple transaction but how did they mess it up so bad. First and last time coming here.
