About SUPPORT & SERVICE My first email contact with Andrew Sheret (East Vancouver Branch) was Patrick B. who took the time and located a cartridge replacement for my Delta shower faucet which he set aside and informed his colleague, Robert, to expect me to be asking for it. Purchased a LynCar Tub Spout with Diverter from Andrew Sheret about a week ago. After installation by a licensed plumber, the part was found to be defective and leaking internally. When I returned to the store, they refused to provide a replacement and told me to contact the manufacturer myself. This is extremely disappointing. Customers purchase products from the retailer, not directly from the manufacturer. Rude staff at the trade counter, power tripping by being nasty. If I didn't have a preorder I would have walked and gone elsewhere. This city is full of plumbing supplies stores, go elsewhere.
Drew and his team really helped us out. Highly recommended.
