As a long time contractor last month I bought a few heat pump and furnaces from Andrew Sheret for dual fuel system. Their sales man sold me wrong units and provided me with AHRI number to confirm that units are matching system and rebate qualified. After installation I found out that they are not rebate qualified and went back to complain to their manager and he refused to gave the replacement furnaces. I came in to get some fittings and was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of one of the employees. While assisting us, he suddenly asked if my co-worker “had a staring problem” completely unprovoked and inappropriate. I was simply waiting for him to return with the parts. This kind of hostility toward a customer is unacceptable.
Horrible service. My husband came in needing an adapter for a shower head with a European thread and the man working named Luke dismissed him very quickly and said they are all standard and that he doesn’t know what my husband is talking about. My husband requested to speak to someone else that might be able to help but the guy just shrugged him off. Would not recommend coming to this location!
