Unfortunately my dealings with Carol in accounting were the most frustrating part of working with this company. She seemed disorganized, missed key details on my file, and made me redo paperwork multiple times. If this is the standard, I’m not sure how they keep customers. Carol

This has been the least reliable and most disappointing supplier I've ever done business with. Joel and elija are great guys but the warehouse staff here constantly destroy product, bring in the wrong product and move slower than any supplier ive ever seen. The sheer disappointment throughout the years of shopping here has been unmatched. Stick to selling plumbing you have no business in hvac.
The person who served me was wonderful. A knowledge women who went out of her way. I believe her name was MacKenna although my memory may be failing me.
