Went to Andrew Sherets today and Jamie behind the counter was so helpful! Gave me all the insight I needed on the material I needed for my faucet cartridge. Definitely will be coming back after my experience with him.
I had a really disappointing experience with {Jimmy} He came across as rude and completely uninterested in helping me or other customers in the store. I asked a few simple questions and was met with short, dismissive answers, like he didn’t care at all. Customer service is supposed to make people feel welcomed and helped, but this was the exact opposite. Definitely not a good experience, and I would not recommend this plumbing supplier to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Come here almost everyday for parts, they treat me like family. Absolute beauty’s, everyone of them. Brianne, Shawn, Jimmy, Michael, Alex, Scott and everyone else are total pros and I’m always sad I have to leave.
