I had a really disappointing experience at Andrew Sheret Limited at the “parts section” today. I was hoping to get some help with extending my dishwasher hose, but the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She barely spoke to me, didn't offer any solutions, and basically ignored me the whole time. Even as I was leaving, she was just on the computer and didn't acknowledge me. The customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Gideon is my Hero :) I went to Andrew Sheret with a small gas fitting that had a completely stripped little valve that no one was able to unscrew. I had gone to three other places, plumbing places that were very unhelpful since I wasn’t intending to buy anything there. At Andrew Sheret I got fabulous service from an employee named Gideon. Gideon. Put in great effort to help me and finally was able to remove the valve, free of charge ! Thank you so much.
Best customer service and the friendliest staff
I had a negative experience in the parts department. Abraham P was dismissive towards other customers; a customer before me asked if he needed to go over there and he was ignored. When I asked Abraham several times to confirm if the item is in stock he would not give me an answer and instead asked me how I would pay. I said, "let's back up a few steps.
