My husband and I came here looking for a specific connector. We knew the sizes and connection types but weren't sure of the specific piece we needed. The guy that "helped" us was demeaning and talked to us like we were complete morons. He gave us his opinion about what we needed but was clear that he "isn't a plumber". It was a horrible experience. After, we went to Rona and were treated wonderfully by Brian in their plumbing department, who was WAY more helpful and kind than the staff at Andrew Sheret. With the excellent support of Andrew Sheret Limited in Penticton, I managed to re-plumb our entire out-of-town house as a total DIY novice. Everything has worked flawlessly for over 15 years! Today, I found myself in need of their assistance once again. Our automatic distiller and filter required some unique connection fittings, and this time, Brandon came to my rescue. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with Lindsey at Andrew Sheret Penticton. This review does not apply to her professionalism. Not expecting any remorse from the salesperson "Matthew F" (noted on my invoice), but feeling the need to point out the complete lack of professionalism by him in this purchase.
