Just wanted to share what an amazing experience I had with the girls in the Splashes show room!!! Came in looking for a part that was missing from a Brizo diverter box, and the girls in the showroom went above and beyond tracking down the part that was missing. Left with the part and a big smile on my face, they really went above and beyond and saved the day!! Highly recommend the girls at the Richmond Splashes showroom!!
This was my first time here and I was sent by my cousin, who is the handy man of our extended families. I just recently discovered a leaked coming from one of the upstairs bathroom. Upon further inspection by my cousin he located the source of leak, which was the plastic pressure relief valve (PRV), behind the toilet.
