Waiting for a part for our furnace for over a month. We were told it would be here by the end of November. It is Dec 1 and still no word from Andrew Sheret. They said they would give us an update and no communication whatsoever. The furnace was bought through Andrew Sheret. Very disappointed with the service.

Really excellent service here. I was not a current customer. I called in while driving towards them in a hurry to fix an emergent problem. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, the part was already on the counter with an invoice readied. I was out the door with 5 minutes left. Amazing. The next day I thought I'd picked the wrong part. I called back, they said they'd have the alternative ready with an invoice for the refund by the time I arrived. Amazing. I double checked and actually had the right part. I want to give the 5 stars to Kayla for her customer service. Very cheerful, helpful, and professional. I was very stressed out as my septic pump failed, and regular plumber was out of town, so called Andrew Sheret. Kayla answered and was very empathetic to my situation. She worked quickly to have me sorted out with a new pump that day, plus extra parts just in case. Top notch service. Thank-you!!!
