I had an incredibly negative experience with Dr. Sheppert!!! The communication was unprofessional, and I left every interaction feeling unheard and dismissed. I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously, and I was left without the clarity and care I expected.I was left to figure things out on my own after being offered help and promised a resolution, that wasn’t any of his concerns. Love this guy! Our family has been seeing him for years, and he has performed several surgeries on our kids. Smart and trust worthy, there is no one else we would see for ear tubes or tonsillectomies. He rocks. Thanks Shep! 💕
