They really make it easy to be landlords in Wimbledon by being super efficient in finding new tenants at the best rent, performing all duties in getting properties ready for new tenants and keeping on top of any property issues once tenants are in. I find ASR’s Lettings and Property Management teams to be highly professional, communicative and competent in getting the job done. Also, their fees are very competitive for the area.
Clare Evans at ASR is very professional. I carried out the usual beauty parade of estate agents and Clare was head and shoulders above the rest. She had done her research on the type of purchaser who might be interested in my property and within a day of signing up I had viewings and the feedback system was very valuable.
