Dr. Salinas is by far the best dr I could have. My first appt with him he heard my concerns, address them and I couldn’t be more happier. He takes his time he listens and have great bed side manners. Yes he moved offices and as long as I’m in driving distance I will follow. I, my husband and daughter are all patients and very pleased.

I had a routine annual physical exam with Dr. Salinas in December. It should have been fully covered by insurance. I believe he inappropriately "upcoded" me resulting in additional charges that were IMO not reasonable. He's refused to adjust the billing. I can't trust a doctor to give me impartial appropriate medical advice if I can't trust his billing practices. My husband went in for a routine annual physical exam on January 2. He was told during the 5 minute visit that the annual exam would be fully covered by insurance and that he would be notified in advance if Dr Salinas ordered any bloodwork outside the coverage and if there were any charges outside of the physical. Before he had the blood work, we later received a bill. When I contacted Aetna, I was told the provider billed services outside of an annual physical.
