Absolute disgrace. Talks over you. Believes he knows better than the specialists with extensive training. Completely arrogant. He may single handedly destroy this practice
The other staff members at this location (from receptionist to nurses) have always been very friendly and helpful. They have always been a pleasure to interact with. It’s unfortunate that Dr. Gross is nowhere near as pleasant to deal with.
This has got to be the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever spoke to in my life. He spoke over me the entire time I was trying to ask questions regarding the health of my grandmother. Once I was able to ask questions regarding her care and health he was not aware of any of her health problems. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.
