Dr Ross was absolutely professional and made what was an embarrassment to me seem so minor. He was very easy & made me feel comfortable to ask questions or state concerns,bdespite being uncomfortable subject for me to talk about with anyone else. Highly recommended, very caring staff.
Made an appointment , it was cancelled so I made another appointment..it too was cancelled. FInd someone who can be there.
Dr. Ross and his staff went beyond the call of duty on making me relaxed and inserting a new feeding tube into my stomach that went without any problems. I can't thank them enough! They are so professional and kind at the same time.
Dr. Ross inserted two stents in my common bile duct and biopsied a mass on my pancreas on an emergent basis. He was absolutely incredible in his successful treatment of my jaundice as well as in his referral for me to see Dr. Thomas Biehl.
