My girl friend and I just purchased our first home and we can’t rave enough about how great Andrew was during the process! He was constantly keeping us in the loop and making sure any and all of our questions were answered.

We highly recommend Andrew! He went above and beyond for us with the purchase of our farm in Rochester. He walked us through the variance process, which wasn’t a typical one due to the property being in two towns. He also was very informative with how to go about the process of keeping land in a chapter 61B. Andrew was always available for any questions we had. He really did make the process go smoothly and for that he gets 5 stars!
