I am writing this review after thinking long and hard about it. This review has nothing to do with Dr Rogal. But more about the staff in the office. I called two Friday's in a row to be seen because I knew something was going on. Something was not right. Each time I called I was told that I could not get an appointment and to go to urgent care or well now. I cant give - stars or he would have a negative rating bad enough hes 3 stars run pepole if you want good health
He was my PCP for 2 years while ai lived and worked in Fulton. During that time I complained of back pain and feeling limited in my daily activities. I also mentioned that I had a history of having markers for an autoimmune disease. He kept dismissing my need to see a rheumatologist. I moved back to North Syracuse. After my 2nd visit with my new PCP, she ran blood work specifically with my autoimmune disease in mind. She then referred me to a rheumatologist. I was diagnosed with AS.
