I have been using Andrew for about 7 years. Won't go anywhere else with a VAG (Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi etc) product. NOTE: Andrew is a little hard of hearing so don't be surprised if he's not into a lot of detailed banter. You go to him because 1) he let you onto his books - not easy 2) he is very good. Remember life is tough being a self employed mechanic, let's celebrate mechanics like Andrew.
Good honest mechanic who knows his stuff! Finished service in the time he said. Called me about anything outside of the standard service to get approval first before going ahead.
