Lacks a compassionate bedside manner. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I left his office with PTSD due to how he treated me while there. I would recommend going elsewhere for your auditory needs.
MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE OFFICE WHEN THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT THEY SPOKE TO ME ABOUT MY INSURANCE COVERAGE TOLD ME IT WOULD ONLY COVER 50% OF THE OFFICE VISIT AND MY INSURANCE IS THRU THE HOSPITAL HE WORKS AT. SO I CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AT THAT TIME THE PERSON I WAS SPEAKING TOO TOLD ME THE WERE THE ONLY ENT CLINIC AVAILABLE. I WILL NOT BE EXTORTED BY ANY OFFICE. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT IN ANCHORAGE THAT IS ONLY CHARGING ME A $40 CO PAY FOR MY VISIT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
