I have been trying to call nearly every day for 2 weeks now and they DO NOT answer the phones!!! I've waited on hold for well over an hour several times and they don't ever pick up! So frustrating!!
Very supportive staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained my eye condition where I could understand every aspect. Encouraged me and made me feel worthy of the treatment.
My experience with Dr. Andrew Reynolds has always been excellent. I find him to be a courteous and caring physician who is interested in my thoughts and concerns each time I visit his office. He discusses my options and asks for my input in forming a treatment plan. . I do not feel rushed during appointments and I find the office staff and medical team to be thorough and polite. I couldn’t ask for more and highly recommend him.
