I had a special ring from my late spouse that had unfortunately become stuck. Andrew did an amazing job of gently cutting it off and taking such care of it so I could place it on my neck chain. He didn’t even charge me a cent for his services and is such a lovely gent. Thankyou, Andrew, for protecting this special gift for me. Always grateful.
