I've never had surgery before, but I'm about to, which is something that terrified me. When I went into Dr. Ting's office, I was greeted by his friendly staff who immediately set my mind at ease. When Dr. Ting entered the room, I explained my level of concern (admittedly pointless concern, but I can't help it) and he began walking me through the procedure step by step. I will have surgery after 3 days, dr R thing is very empathetic and considerate so far very excited, hopefully the surgery will be successful and helpful 🍀
