I met Dr. Pachner for the first time via telehealth to review some symptoms I'm having (balance issues, vertigo, tingling in fingers/toes, trouble concentrating). My PCP referred me after some testing could not explain my symptoms. We were especially curious given family history of MS. Dr. Pachner decided after less than 10 minutes of speaking to me that my symptoms were all because of anxiety/depression medications that I'm taking. He advised that I stop taking all of it.
