A few years ago I went to Dr. McCullough with a testicular pain I had for years, I wanted him to remove the testicle to get rid of the pain, I had seen many urologist over the years both in California and then here, had a few operation in both testicles to no avail. He told me all those doctors over the years had it wrong and my problem was Varicocele and he wanted me to do a Varicocele embolism. Dr. McCullough was very knowledgeable, professional with great sense of humor. I thank him dearly for miracle in my family. Appreciate him very much. He's a go to if you're looking for a specialist in his field of expertise.

he suggested that a chronic pain was at least partly mechanical-positional (spermatic cord burning up in lower ab) and through palpation, without specifically intending to, poked and probed and twisted things a little and it has gone away for the most part, and this was just an exam, not chiefly to verify or even explore his hunch also had trial ed injection, which worked a little but was pretty unpleasant, but that was not his doing, just my reaction to part of the med; have not pursued
