Perfect visit
I am so very pleased I listened to several friends and had Dr Plummer perform my eye surgeries. He and his staff were easy to communicate with before and after surgery any concerns I had concerning my particular issues. Jessica, Denise and Dr Plummer treat you like all patients wish they were treated. I am tickled pink with my excellent results. No readers, brightness in colors, and details I’ve not seen years.
I went in with several eye health concerns and received an excellent education about what my eye is doing and what options could be used to improve my health. I asked lots of questions and Dr Plummer took his time to explain his answers well and put my mind at ease. Denise his assistant added a compassionate touch to it all.
What a great office. The doctor and the entire staff are very pleasant and attentive. All of the information I received was very informative and helpful. There are even you tube videos that help you remember everything that you need to know for cataract surgery. So glad I found an office where you don’t feel like you’re just another number lumped together with a whole bunch of other people. I was very skeptical as to both my decisions and possible outcomes as I have a complicated eye history of both reconstructive surgery after mohs surgery on my right lower eyelid/tearduct for cancer and CN 6 Palsy, also in my right eye after a traumatic event which left my eye completely turned inward.
